      I have an organizing problem

ok I am going to explain this as best as possible.

      I am a wiki manager at animefans.tv.
We obviously got an anime wiki and started off with naruto and Bleach. My co worker handles the bleach.
This is the wiki I mostly handle:http://www.animefans.tv/f45/

OK now I am completing the jutsus but it will be hundreds of them.
I can't afford to do them all over since there is almost 200 or 300 there.
I want a way in that a guest or any member wanting info could search easily.
I was amazed by the way narutowiki has theirs organized:http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Special:BrowseData/Jutsu
I am aware of the search button but I want another method, which is through narrowing results.

To get my stuff to look anything like narutowiki, I read the manual and firgured I might have to use books.
Problem is no book namespace was made before. So I am asking, If I want to use books in my jutsu section,

will I have to start over the whole section?
How will I get it in? I actually want the books enabled for all the forums of the wiki.

Do you have a more suitable way to organize it?

Although it is a slightly different implementation, what you are looking at on NarutoWiki is more comparable to the age-old Category feature. This requires that you add tags to each article that can be filtered by. E.g. Crystal Armor would have at least:
      Code:
      [category]Jutsu[/category]
      [category]Crystal Release[/category]
If you nest your Category pages in the same way, and link your main categories from a front page, you can set up a nice filter system this way.

Books are more for content where the order the user reads the pages generally matters. A Book will have an ordered table of contents of everything inside it. You can only have 1 Books forum (with many books), but the pages in each book can be saved in any forum.

Either way, you don't have to start your wiki completely over, but you'll have to go back and update the pages you already made.

      1. Code blocks are only visible to members with non-delinquent licenses, but these were just some example tags.
      2. Yes, you will have to do this minor update in order to organize your existing pages this way.

Bill, not to derail your thread or anything, but how did you get the slider on your homepage? That is cool, and is something that my page could really take advantage of...

      Thanks
