I have a problem on my forum. Links in TOC are not working. I am using the latest version of VW. Here in TOC used smooth scrolling and it works as intended. What may cause this problem? Maybe something blocks some script?

I've not seen this issue myself, mine scroll correctly. Do you have any errors in the JavaScript Consoles in the web browser?
