If administrators have allowed users to subscribe to wiki content, you can subscribe to any wiki article using its Subscribe tab.
On this tab, you can let the wiki know that you wish to be notified of various changes to this article or its children. If the site supports email notifications, you can set up how frequently you want to receive email updates about the article.
Depending on the kind of wiki article you are subscribing to, you may be able to fine-tune what you want the subscription to notify you about - new edits, new comments, etc.
You can also keep your wiki subscriptions organized using folders. Read more about setting up subscription folders here: Subscription Folders.
Regardless of how you want to be notified, you can see all of your wiki subscriptions ordered by most recent update in your User Control Panel, under Wiki > Subscriptions. If you choose to be notified through your control panel only, then you will not receive any notification aside from the page's positioning in your control panel.
If you no longer wish to be notified of updates and want to also remove it from the list of subscriptions in your control panel, simply select "Do Not Subscribe" and then "Update Subscription."
