To create a wiki article that only group members can edit, visit any forum that can contain group pages and click "+ Post New Article".

The resulting form will ask you for the article's Title, what group it should be added to, and whether or not it will be used as the group's start page.

The Group Start Page is a wiki article that is linked from the regular group landing page.

Click "Start Editing" and you will be shown the usual article editor.

Once it's been created, you can also hide the article, so that non-members can't even read it. To do this, visit the article's Protect tab, and check the box "Allow read access ONLY to members of the group" under the heading "Group Page Options".

If you want to change the Group an article belongs to later, you can do so using the article's Apply tab. Keep in mind that you will only be able to select groups that you are personally a member of.
