Expanding VW into a FAQ/Help system

Vaultwiki provides much better functionality for a FAQ and for a rules page.

Many sites already use VW for their FAQ / knowledge base. Simply, because its optimal for this. It allows the community to write help / FAQ articles and expand it with tutorials.

vbulletins FAQ, XenForos help system and IPBs help page are pretty bad.

To further expand VW into a knowledge base system, please add a question search. For example, a user may type in:
How do I post a thread?
The results should be:
Do any of the following articles answer your question?
Article 1
Article 2
Article 3

It would be very useful to replace the rules page, with a VW page. A FAQ needs to include the rules anyway, because rules are part of forum protocol. Currently using VW as a FAQ, means having 2 rules pages: one in vb and one in VW. It would be nice to replace the vb one.

I agree about this, the question is thinking of an implementation that supports both product updates and user-submitted updates... I'm thinking maybe a solution like SVN, and perhaps we could do this with regular edits too, so multiple users can edit at the same time (i.e. conflict resolution for the later user).
