I wonder if there is a redirection script available to redirect old showwiki.php URLs to new VW4 URLs or will all our old URLs be broken?

In the ZIP, /do_not_upload/redirect_scripts/vw3/to_xf, you will find a script called showwiki.php
If your VW3 titlevar was not 'title', you will need to modify the variable at the top of the file.
