Is there any trophies or promotions system implemented in vw working with vbulletin?

Sadly, no.
vBulletin does not have a trophies system.
vBulletin has a promotions system, but it is not offered in such a way that add-ons can do anything with it. It only works for post counts and reputation.- lead developer for VaultWiki
