How to enable similar content widget on xf?

The similar content widget is not showing on my install. How do I enable it?
'enable this block' is set to yes in admin.php?wiki/&panel=block&blockid=4&do=edit
The block is listed as active.

The block is working. See the following articles on your wiki:
- Spice
- Dream herb

I suspect it's having a hard time finding matches for many articles simply because it's a very technical wiki with technical terms. The algorithm for finding similar content is still very basic. There are still lots of improvements that can be made to it to find more matches and better matches.

Almost every wiki article title has a lot of related content. Most can be found by thread tag. Search also yields a lot.
I run Elastic Search (XenForo Enhanced Search)
