From the name of the setting I understand that this is not just for wiki headers but also for other wiki content integration. Please explain that so that I understand what else this changes.

At the current time, the setting affects wiki headers and areas that have been added to the forum list. However, there will be other integration-types in the future such as navigation tabs.

Actually the url is longer but the forum software somehow strips it when i post it. But it seems to be fixed now and the wiki can be found.
