Visible on index or not visible!

I think we should have the option when creating a page or book or whatever to have it visible in the index or not visible. Aslong as it is tied to a book or w/e, it don't need to be listed. I want to keep my wiki a little bit neater, and when viewing a area with many books and pages, when all them pages are linked to the books, it just makes it harder for the readers to find what they are looking for through a long list of things which don't need to be there. It should sort of be like making a forum through the forum manager, to have a forum active or inactive, and even when you have the forum inactive, it still exists aslong as you know the path to it.

Also there would need to be a admin/mod list of all pages being made, so that people wouldn't use this to pass along porn or torrent links with. Even though i plan to moderate mine, but maybe for the sites that won't moderate.

This feature is kind of important for me, because as it is now it will create a big mess.

You can use Special:NewPages to see a list of all pages in the wiki sorted by newest-first.
As for filtering area lists (and other content lists) by page type, this is something we're working on: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3327/
