      writers-contributors to an article visible?

Before buying vaultwiki for my project, I want to ask a couple of questions:

      1. For every member that makes an addition to an article, does the article automatic show all the members' names at the end/start of the article?

      2. Is there any functionality to show INSIDE the article, exactly which part of the text is contributed by which member?

      3. Does vaultwiki work with vb 3.7.4 ? If not, what is the minimum vb version that it requires?

      4. Also, I will be needing certainly some custom work done in terms of design and other things, do you provide custom work service?

      Thanks !

      1. Every member that edits an article is listed at the end of the article, to a max of 200. If more users than this edit the article, only the first 200 (alphabetical) are shown.

      2. You can use an article's History tab to compare a user's edit with any other version of the article. Any differences between versions will be highlighted.

      3. VaultWiki's current minimum requirement is vB 3.6.0 Alpha 1, PHP 4.4.1, and MySQL 4.0.3. However, we recommend that customers use the latest versions of all their software to keep up-to-date with many features and bug fixes. For example, while VaultWiki has had an option for placing it on a sub-domain for some time, the earliest version of vBulletin that natively supports this is 4.1.8 (which isn't released yet). Additionally, VaultWiki 4 (out soon) will have a PHP minimum requirement of PHP 5.

      4. We provide some custom work service, provided that it is actually related to VaultWiki. Quotes for custom work are given on a case-by-case basis.

The full product installs over the lite?

version 4 will require great changes on installed sites?

Yes, the full VaultWiki product installs over the Lite version.

Version 4 will require at least PHP 5.3 and some site down-time to perform the upgrade.

Thanks, I'll instal the lite version to show to our community what is possible, and call for action. We have PHP 5.3 installed so we qualify for v4 without changes.

One more question, If I purchase Vaultwiki now, how much will cost Valutwiki v4? I've constructed some content to show our sers the possible uses of VaultWiki and I'm for doing the purchase as soon as I know the future costs.

VaultWiki 4 is not an extra cost, it's included in your free updates for one year.

There is an English language XML file included. You can translate each item in the XML file as needed.

      There are more language files?

      ces_nwsp_spec-language.xml
      ces_nwsp_extra-language.xml

Perhaps you should make an english unified file and I would apply the translation as one product only.

There are only these two language files. We intend to make a unified file in version 4.
