Does VW work with Varnish or Litespeed cache?

I don't see a reason why not. But I'm not 100%, as Varnish (at least in the linked blog) seems to require Apache which we don't use, and it sounds like you need a pricey 2-CPU license for Litespeed cache. If it works with vBSEO though, you should be able to get it working with VaultWiki.
