      Can you be more specific as to how you used the headline tag? What kind of article it was (CMS or wiki)? Did you upgrade vBulletin since you used it? Did you upgrade VaultWiki since you used it? For each upgrade, what version did you have before, and what version do you have now?

      What exactly do you mean that it's gone? Does it show as raw text? Does it appear in the editor window? Is there a button for it in the editor? If you enter it again, what happens? Do you use the WYSIWYG editor, or the Standard (BB-Code) editor?

      If it's a wiki article, check the History tab. Did someone else edit the article recently? You can compare the edits and see if they removed the headline tag from your article.

      Can you post the exact headline you were posting, wrapped in [code] tags?

      Something like this:
      Code:
      [h=2]Your headline here[/h]
      How did your code look?

      Using H by itself is not a valid BB-Code tag. You need to include a level number between 1 and 6. This determines the size and importance of the headline (1 being highest, and 6 being lowest):
      Code:
      [h=1,2,3,4,5,6]text[/h]
      I have only ever seen it happen in the CMS, but sometimes vBulletin will remove invalid tags from a post.

      That's because you didn't enter a number. When you click the button, a pop-up should appear that will ask you for the "option" for the tag. You have to enter a number here or it won't work.

      I'm not sure why vBulletin inserts the tag if you leave it blank. vBulletin knows the no-option version of the BB-Code doesn't exist, so it's a vBulletin bug if the button lets you leave it blank. I will report the issue to vBulletin so they can fix it.
