detailed instructions for importer?

I was finally able to get my vaultwiki installed and am now ready to import from nuwiki. Are there instructions somewhere that explain the instructions? LOL. But seriously, I do not understand these steps at all.

1.If you use NuWiki books, add at least 1 forum to the Book namespace.
2.Set your Template namespace to the forum where NuWiki's templates are saved.
3.Set your Header namespace to the forum where NuWiki's forum headers are saved.
4.Except for NuWiki islands and the forums mentioned above, move your other NuWiki forums such that they are children of the Default namespace.


Ok, not using books NP
2. I have no clue what my template namespace is or where it is saved.
3 I have no idea what my header namespace is orwhere it is saved.
4. I do not know where I am supposed to move my forums to? I suspect that they are already children but dont know for sure.

If it helps any, the structure in my forum manager is like this:

Main Wiki Forum
(Under that is
a-b
c-d
e-f
g-h
etc etc.

I suspect that my template namespace is Main Wiki Forum, as above? But header namespace I have no clue.

Header namespace, Template namespace, and Default namespace are all different areas.

I have edited https://www.vaultwiki.org/manual/VaultWiki-Importer and tried to make it a little more wordy for users who don't remember where all the AdminCP tools are located.
