      including vbSEO with VaultWiki

Looking in the Admin>Settings> vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator down to: Addon Generator Modules

I see an area to add

Set the addon module names here, one name per line. The modules files are located in vbseo_sitemap/addons/ folder.
would I add this file in there? special_addon_sitemap.php

No you shouldn't do this, it's all handled by the vBulletin plugin system.
