Will there be an updated version of vb vault wiki for vb4?

We will be releasing a vB4-compatible version of VaultWiki shortly after the release of vB4.

To clarify: while VaultWiki 3 will be vBulletin 4 compatible, it will still be backwards compatible with versions down to vBulletin 3.6. VaultWiki detects which version of vBulletin is installed and determines the appropriate functionality based on that.

vBulletin 4 Beta 3, the first public beta, was released last Friday. Since that time, we have converted VaultWiki to use the new template system (there were over 50 templates that needed to be completely rewritten) and modified the upgrade script to detect vBulletin 4 and make additional changes for that case.

There are still a number of other issues that need to be corrected before we can release a beta of VaultWiki 3. Still to be covered: vBulletin 4's new CSS, SEO-friendly URLs, native support for permanent redirects, rewritten search system, and there are probably others we have yet to come across.

While vBulletin 4 will allow us to use a table-less style for VaultWiki 3, this aspect of the design won't be changing in the first beta. This is done in the interest of releasing a vBulletin 4 compatible version to our customers as soon as possible.
