When I click on the link in the admin panel, I get this:

Since you joined after we fixed this, I'm a bit confused as to why it happened again. As soon as I get to a place where I can log onto the development server, I'll have another look. In the mean time, here is the manual fix: http://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/378/#note2015
