      Table of Contents layout

I've been creating some pages tonight and noticed something on the table of contents when creating a book.

If your book has only 9 pages then the layout of the TOC is just fine, all the numbers are aligned nice and all the page names are aligned fine, yet if you have over 9 pages then the TOC gets a little bit messy as the page names are pushed one space over to the right as the numbers are now in double figures, like this

      7 fine
      8 fine
      9 fine
10 eugh, moved over one space
11 yuck, moved over one space.

However, if you were to do a numbered list, then the formatting looks like this

      1. fine
      2. fine
      3. fine
      4. fine
      5. fine
      6. fine
      7. fine
      8. fine
      9. fine
      10. that's better

In the table that is created the numbers are aligned to the right on the numbered list, but not on the TOC

Any chance that the Table of Contents could be changed to act like the numbered list?

This is a bug, since the Table of Contents is supposed to be a list anyway.
