Cannot upload >2 MB attachments

I can't seem to upload MP3 files properly.
Is it related to this issue? https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3564/
Instead, it'll "upload it" but it will show as 0 bytes and Mime type as blank.
The file is only 2.3 MB big while the mp3 attachment settings is set to 5.1 MB max.
Publishing the attachment doesn't do any good either.
I have tried other mp3s as well.

EDIT: Actually, it seems like this is happening for files that are 2 MB or bigger. I just tried this with a png file as well.

Turned out to be a PHP configuration setting. Nevermind
