Issue: VW install process hangs on step 17

Contrary to my comment in that thread, the rebuild call IS still necessary. However, it looks like XenForo updated the phrase importer to allow batching since the installer was written. I have gone ahead and added batch support for phrases in build 005.

Since step 17 was importing phrases, it is entirely possible the script timed out before it could import them all. This could lead to phrases being missing if you simply skip to 18.

I have just generated build 5 now. Please upload the changes and let me know if it helps.

It keeps hanging on step 16 installing phrases.

I cannot get the installer to hang on our test server. I will need to review your installation in order to isolate the problem and resolve it. I'm sending you a PM now.

Okay, so this happens when:
1. You're performing a fresh installation, OR your previous version is lower than Gamma 4 (common since Gamma 4 is the new version).
2. Your forum software is XenForo.
3. Your server has high load, is shared with other users, or throttled in such a way that installing 2,000 phrases cannot be completed in less than 10 seconds.

The result is a database error that a phrase was already installed, even though it wasn't. This is now fixed on your site and in build 005. You shouldn't have any more problems like this for phrases.
