Cannot merge accounts with vw permissions

Trying to merge out two admin accounts for move to XenForo gives fatal error on vB

Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_socialgroupinfo() in /home/mb2nawc/public_html/vault/core/model/plugins/group/vb3.php on line 300

I need to merge two account because XenForo site owner account must be ID 1. When I try to do this on vBulletin I get the VaultWiki error shown.

This is a bit urgent since we are planning the move tonight.

If disabling VaultWiki on the old site will allow us to proceed, that will be fine.

I disabled VaultWiki for the export. It looks OK now. I was able to edit and merge the accounts.

It sounds like your installation is very outdated. This issue was fixed in 2015: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4425/
