      Fixed for the next build. I'm not sure the circumstances when the function would not be available in this scope, however...

      In vault/core/model/plugins/group/vb3.php, find:
      Code:
      $group = fetch_socialgroupinfo($dm->fetch_field('groupid'));
      Before it, add:

      require_once(DIR . '/includes/functions_socialgroup.php');
