Area Edit Malfunction

Editing an Area in Area Manager Malfunctions?

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
PHP 5.3.27
vBulletin 4.2.2

When attempting to edit an Area in Area Manager and upon clicking "Save", the popup closes, the Area name disappears from the pipe-view (leaving a blank space).

Furthermore, as with this bug: Content-Related Option changes do not seem to take; cannot be edited from their defaults.
