Area Creation: Content-Related Options Don't Take
When Creating an Area in Area Manager, Content-Related Options Don't Take

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
      PHP 5.3.27
      vBulletin 4.2.2

When creating an area in "Area Manager", the settings under "Content-Related Options" (such as "Allowed Prefix Choices", "Allow User Comments" and "Discussion Topics Allowed in this Area") do not seem to persist, take effect, or work otherwise.

Other settings seem to take, and the Area is created otherwise.

Allow User Comments and Allow Content Integration are tied and is a known issue, already fixed in the next release.

I cannot get the behavior to reproduce for Allowed Prefix Choices, unless I deselect everything. But that is an invalid selection so I think it is okay to default to the last value. If there is a specific combination you have tried that doesn't work, please let me know.

For Discussion Topics Allowed in this Area, I can reproduce if I deselect everything. This IS a valid selection (it would mean the only discussion allowed is the default one), so it is not okay to default to the last value. This is fixed in the next release.
