Am I correct in assuming that the original had a space between # and REDIRECT? VaultWiki was only designed to handle #REDIRECT (no space), and treats other types as ordered lists, as you see. For this, the conversion for redirects will have to be updated to accept spaces too.

Can no longer confirm this issue. It's possible this was fixed by my other changes here: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2473/

the <noinclude> werent fixed by the code removal, you confirmed and put a solution in a next release.

the redirects havnt been converted either, so for me this bug is still accurate

my live wiki give the folowing data, so missing 5000+ redirects
