Is this on the wiki only, or on the whole forum? If it's the whole forum you'll need to check your browser's error console for more information.

If this is the wiki only ---

Try clearing the CMS cache: AdminCP > vBulletin CMS > Clear CMS Cache. This option only exists if you have the suite, and have the CMS enabled. If you don't have the suite, there is a bug in vBulletin that makes it impossible to clear the cache in the normal way...

If you don't have the suite, you need to:

      1. Follow the instructions here: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2427/#note12513
      2. AdminCP > Plugins & Products > Product Manager. Disable VaultWiki.
      3. On the same screen, re-enable VaultWiki.

Thanks for your fast answer Pegasus.

I tried to disable and enable vaultwiki but I got the same issue. There is not the WYSIWYG in VaultWiki... In the past you fix that problem quickly with my ID but I don't know what you did.

You can also run the SQL query:
      Code:
DELETE FROM cache WHERE cacheid = 'vb_types.types'
This should really work. You can also try Settings > Options > Server Settings and Optimization Options > Disable Content Caching = Yes.

If none of this works then something different is going on and I will need access to your forum to figure it out.

Okay, after visiting your forum that answer is simple. I thought we had this worked out last time, but:

You have your wiki URL at a sub-domain that is different from your forum. There are bugs in vBulletin, especially in the editor, which make this impossible, even though they claim to allow it for blogs and CMS. There are a lot of people complaining about this on their site, and they are resistant to finish the fixes they already started. Unfortunately we can't do anything about this, because we don't have control over the core vBulletin files.

In order to have a functional wiki, it will need to use your forum sub-domain until they work their stuff out.

Before I upgrated my vbulletin it works perfectly
Are you sure there is no way to fix that?
VaultWiki is an important part of my forum...
Thank you for your help Pegasus.

It won't help, vBulletin 4.1.4 now uses AJAX to load the editor, and this won't work on a sub-domain. It worked on vBulletin 4.1.3 because they didn't load the editor in this way.

The only way now is to change your URLs to all use the same sub-domain until vBulletin addresses this terrible design flaw.
