Issue: More granular control over auto-linking

In our forums, our members didn't like that the auto-linking was enabled by default, therefore we have it enabled only for guests.

When a member is visiting our wiki sections however, it should be enabled. One of our members started adding wiki/footnote-wrappings around everything in a few pages until we informed him to turn on autolinking in his preferences, i.e. it was invisibile to him...

Therefore it would be nice if it was possible to enable it for the wiki-pages, even though member has it disabled for the forum part.

It could ofc be made granular for the member so they can disable it later in case they wouldn't like autolinking in the wiki (which doesn't make much sense but....)
