Issue: Combine edits by the same user within X minutes

If a member edits a page, it really doesn't matter if the user made 1 large edit or 100 small edits in a row. The latter often happens. This just clutters up the history.
If moderation is turned on, it also blocks the user from making multiple edits, which means we loose out on a lot of content.
Another issue is that we end up with a mass of alerts for many minor edits. I know you are already considering how to resolve the alerts issue.

The system should treat multiple edits by the same user within a small time frame as one edit.
Please add a setting for this. It would resolve multiple issues.
