When I installed Vault Wiki a header fragment was added to all of my existing forums. They were empty but an Article could be written by clicking on the link in the text box associated with the header above the forum.
If this link is clicked an Article is created in the Header Namespace with a title like Wiki Header-nnn where nnn is the forum ID. If I look at the browser address line I can see a name that reads Wiki++Header-nnn.
Since installing Vault Wiki a couple of new forums have been created and these do not have the header element.
This is very confusing. If it is a feature, I would like to be able to go to the Header Namespace and create such Header Articles. However, it is not clear how to generate the correct name for the article from the forum ID.
I would also like to understand how the forum headers get created.
The documentation implies that the headers are only created for forums that have "Wiki Content." I would have interpreted that to mean Wiki Forums if the headers had not shown up on all my old forums.
While trying to edit one of the header articles earlier this evening, I got the database error.
