      Header Namespace
      Header Namespace is erratic

When I installed Vault Wiki a header fragment was added to all of my existing forums. They were empty but an Article could be written by clicking on the link in the text box associated with the header above the forum.

If this link is clicked an Article is created in the Header Namespace with a title like Wiki Header-nnn where nnn is the forum ID. If I look at the browser address line I can see a name that reads Wiki++Header-nnn.

Since installing Vault Wiki a couple of new forums have been created and these do not have the header element.

This is very confusing. If it is a feature, I would like to be able to go to the Header Namespace and create such Header Articles. However, it is not clear how to generate the correct name for the article from the forum ID.

I would also like to understand how the forum headers get created.

The documentation implies that the headers are only created for forums that have "Wiki Content." I would have interpreted that to mean Wiki Forums if the headers had not shown up on all my old forums.

While trying to edit one of the header articles earlier this evening, I got the database error.
      Code:
      Database error in vBulletin 3.8.1:

You have to create the header by clicking the "Edit" link in the forum it will appear in. If this does not appear because it is a new forum, you still need to enable forum headers in that particular forum (this is an option in the Forum Manager).

When you say that the documentation says that forum headers are generated for forums that contain wiki content, this is not what it means. While the sentence you refer to is slightly ambiguous, it actually means that when you create a header, the point is to include wiki content on the forumdisplay page (not that the forumdisplay page already does). It specifically suggests using it to include links to other relevant articles.

As for the database error, I have updated the ZIP to reflect this change, but anyone who has already installed 2.2.1 will need to apply this manually.

Please run the following query on your database, replacing {prefix} with your forum's TABLE_PREFIX:
      Code:
ALTER TABLE {prefix}vault_article ADD COLUMN templatelist TEXT NOT NULL DEFAULT ''
