Issue: New Widget Type: Categories with Page Summary

I'd like to see a new kind of widget Wikicode added. I'd like to see one to display the pages in a category, similar to the one that exists already for Areas.

And as a part of that widget, I'd like to see the ability to pull in a summary of that article. So, the widget would output in a format like this:

Category Title
- Article 1 - Summary text
- Article 2 - Summary text
- Article 3 - Summary text

I know that right now links can give you a popup preview of the wiki article content, but the "summary text" would be something we have more direct control over. This could perhaps be added as an additional field when creating an article.

I have a wiki for my roleplay forum, and what I'd like to do is create a unique wiki article for each ability a player can have in the game. I would need to list these abilities in multiple places, and a Category Widget type would be helpful in doing that. And I want the summary text so that people have some context of what the ability without having to open the article, which would give them the detailed information on it.
