Empty Sub-Forum List on Forum Index

Under XenForo, most forums have an empty sub-forum list (Sub-forums: 0). When VaultWiki is disabled, this doesn't appear.

Fixed in the next build. VaultWiki creates a bunch of HTML hooks for forum list integrations, but apparently the forum view doesn't use xen:contentcheck on the sub-forum lists. This is prevented by cleaning up unused hooks before the template parses.
