Issue: How I can ask how to do something in support section?

Ok, I see you have three options in support section:

Bug
Feature
Task

I'm not sure what task exactly is? Now I had problem with version check, but wasn't actually sure if it is bug, or I missed something, so I tried to ask how to do something, using support section of site, because I guess it's easier for you to track it. Of course, maybe it's easier if I used forum, I think that many people would choose it over support section.

Anyway, DBTech has option when starting new thread (in forum, they give support through forum, not this software you use for tracking bugs) that reads: How do I do? It's of course when we guess something we can't do just because we don't know how to do it, not that this is bug, or missing feature. Sometimes it can become bug of missing feature, but anyway, I'm not sure what tasks are here, and I guess it could be handy to have option to just ask for support how we do certain action.

Don't know if it is possible and if you think it's useful, but just to suggest.
