Beta 3 won't install

thought I'd make a fresh ticket

I've done a few test installs and worked out the new issues. This is now fixed in the current ZIP.

Step 7

just hangs there.

Fixed in the current ZIP. Some debug code was not fully removed when the file was exported.

As for the database error, I can't reproduce this unless you skip step 6 and step 8 and continue to a much later step. Otherwise step 8 would throw an error first and it would be different...
