      In vault/core/controller/install/db/insert/permission/vw.php, find:

      class vw_Install_DB_Insert_Permission_Controller extends vw_Install_DB_Insert_Instance
      Replace with:
      Code:
      class vw_Install_DB_Insert_Permissions_Controller extends vw_Install_DB_Insert_Instance
      Rename the containing directory from "permission" to "permissions"
      Then the install should continue properly.

      Appears to be locked at Step 20 with install progress at 88%. No PHP error logs.

      Refreshing restarts at Step 13, proceeds to step 20 and then sits around.

      The POST request to start step 20 completes with an HTTP 200.

      The invalid query error suggests that the index was not properly created during the install. I would recommend a reinstall, starting with index.php?step=1 and manually click through the steps. This should give more of an idea when issues occur and where the installer hangs.

      If you reload the page it should continue. The nodetypes may not be primed in the cache since they were added by the same step.

      By the way, Step 19 will say "Next Batch" about 20 times before continuing. This is expected behavior. By manually skipping to step 20 you will be missing some templates, but those can be fixed easily later.

      If you still get the invalid query message, I will have to create a new test in the morning and attempt to duplicate the issue.

      Once you have a successful install, patch your installation with the updated ZIP that includes some of the changes from this thread, and run the install script again as if you were upgrading. This should rebuild your phrases and templates and other things.
