Issue: New Forum posts are blank pages

yes sure that would be great - ist my pleasure to help you finding and fix this issue - because now after the upgrade to beta 4 there are not all pages effected anymore (thats good ) just only some of them i had just done now only some tests in the Forums - i think there will be more then just 2-3 pages

Add. Info - i have found the issue in BLOGS too .... there are only the attachments left in some of them others totaly blank, the Content text is gone - but the same only in some of the blog entries - in others its working

When i disable vaultwiki for example totaly via plugins all the issues are gone ....

Fixed. This occurs when the text contains text bytes that are not valid UTF-8 bytes. Not sure what they would be, but I read about some space characters that were copy-pasted into the editor from external programs like Word or Excel.

We will now test that the string can be read as UTF-8 before replacing auto-links. If the string can't be read in UTF-8, UTF-8 mode won't be used for the replacement. This also means that a lot of valid auto-links probably won't be found in those posts, but that's a sacrifice that has to be made in this special case.
