Advanced IMG Popup in Wiki Pages

When editing wiki pages in VaultWiki 4, clicking the standard IMG button shows the form to upload images via URL or computer, when wiki pages don't allow this type of uploaded attachment. Instead, the non-advanced popup should be shown, ala vBulletin 3, which just asks for a hotlink to the image.

Fixed in Badger 1.
