How to display country flag as main image icon for page?

IIRC Vaultwiki uses a flags set for its languages.
I have an area about countries and want to display country flags as the main image icon of each page.
Is this possible somehow?

The flag images are used to show that a page was written in a particular language. Even if it was possible to pull this data to use as the main icon (it's not possible, without custom coding), I don't think this would be much use to you, since you probably are writing all your pages about countries in the same language.

Rather, when you edit your country page, you should set the URL for the main icon image to one of the images in /styles/default/vw/vw/icon/flag. If you're doing this as admin, the flag chooser in the wiki's language admin page might help you find the right flag easier, since many are named by language code.
