We already support PHP 8.0.x in VaultWiki 4.1.2 and higher. We are working on a PHP 8.1.x update.
However, you must be using a recent version of XenForo (2.2.1 or later I believe).
vBulletin 4 simply does not work in PHP 8 unless you have heavily modified the vBulletin files. But we cannot offer support for that.- lead developer for VaultWiki

As my signature notes I am still on vBulletin. However, it has been fully updated to run under PHP 8.0.x
