Current VB site is running under PHP 7.4.9 and MariaDB 10.5.5. Will VW have any issues running at these versions?

The latest 4.1.0 version should be able to run at these PHP / MySQL versions fine. However, we only support vB 3.8 - 4.2.x. If you have a different version (like 5.x), VaultWiki doesn't work with this.
