Cool to see that 4.1 is "final" and it run on Xenforo 2.x

Is there a timeline for the language-pack?
Is is community-driven or translated by the developer?

Translations are handled by the community. If your desired pack has not been translated for a recent version, you can reach out to the uploader. Hopefully they are active.
