Previous purchasers lifetime

hi I PAID previously for a lifetime license. I am currently unable to get my download for the license despite having paid

I notice you joined in 2012 and according to our records, your license is from that time. In 2012, there were 2 license types, Standard and Premium. The difference between Standard and Premium was that Premium had more features. We retired Standard but still offer an upgrade path.

Premium was the same as the current Annual license. All users who had Premium licenses were converted to the Annual license. This has always allowed access to new versions for 1 year from date of purchase/renewal. You are allowed to keep using any version you already downloaded even after 1 year. You might be able to download old versions beyond that time as long as we haven't retired them.

If you have record of a transaction since 2014 that shows that you upgraded your license type already or that you purchased a lifetime license directly, please PM me with the information so I can research it. Otherwise you would need to renew your license or upgrade it to lifetime.

I should mention it is also possible that you have multiple forum accounts and that you purchased licenses on multiple accounts.
