Autolink and Wordpress

I desied to use wordpress as CMS and leave vbulletin as my forum, as I read here valutwiki has an option to autolink posts, blogs entry and cms content with wiku titles.
My question is, how I can auto link wordpress posts too? I don't want to use 2 wikis software to add links for forun posts and wordpeess posts, so any hints?

Is your Wordpress bridged with vBulletin? Can you run vBulletin code inside your Wordpress if you want to?

If so, you would simply have to invoke the vw_Parser_Handle_Autolink_Model (/vault/core/model/parser/handle/autolink/vw.php) against your Wordpress text. If necessary, you may have to extend this model in order to make changes that are specific to the Wordpress parser. Depending on the design of your vBulletin-Wordpress bridge, you may need to extend additional classes in order to get the cross-database query to the autolink list working (VaultWiki expects the vBulletin database-object to be present, rather than a Wordpress database-object connected to the vBulletin database). But any good PHP developer should be able to handle this for you.
