The area listing on my home page looks messy in 3 columns when width is smaller than 1210px. But I see that it looks organized in 2 columns.
Is there a way to set this to 2 columns? I have not found a style property. Or set the breakpoint for 3 columns to 1210px?

Currently this would be achieved by modifying the vw_area.css template and changing the .Responsive part of the template so that the .vw-area-tree width increases to 50% at 1210px rather than the responsive-wide-width.

I don't know how to make it behave properly on a custom style. Your instructions allowed me to set it to 320px width which is an improvement, but still doesn't work perfectly for medium width.
