I am not seeing wiki statistics on XF profiles. Do I need to enable this or is this not implemented?
On member list the contribution counts are not clickable.
I am also getting the impression that the counts are incorrect. Only 1 member has more than 100 edits while I have 1430 pages.

It is under your regular Usergroup Permissions in XenForo (not the wiki permissions page): "Wiki contribution statistics on profile"
I'm not sure what page you mean by the member list, as I don't believe the actual member list shows this information. If you mean Notable Members, no tabs/content-types there have clickable counts.
Your user counts are incorrect because a lot of your content was imported as guests. Data that was affected by this import issue will be corrected by the next upgrade.- lead developer for VaultWiki

it seems best to me to do a new import after the next release.
The wiki is not live yet.
