I have installed VW on my live site for style development and testing purposes. I have denied my members from VW access. But VW has generated tons of autolinks. Disabling these only disables parsing of autolinks and exposes bbcode.
How do I disable autolink bbcode so that neither the link nor the bbcode is visible?

You may disable the autolinking function in Options > VaultWiki: Wiki Links

When I do this then the raw bbcode is visible in posts which makes all posts unreadable.

Ah, okay. The presence of the BB-Code is probably being maintained by the post-cache. You should be able to trigger a cache purge by toggling the BB-Code's active state again in XenForo's BB-Code manager.
To resolve this issue in VaultWiki in the future, the following will need to be added:
- When changing anything autolink-related in Options > Wiki Links, purge the related caches. I am actually surprised that this does not already exist.- lead developer for VaultWiki

I am not able to purge the cache. Toggling the bbcode doesn't work.

Actually thats not the issue. As soon as I enable 'other content' then wiki links are no longer parsed in wiki.
