      Rendering Templates on Template Pages

When you look at a template's page, is it possible to have it render the template with example data? I'm coming from Mediawiki, which lets you use example coding in the template data so that when you look at its page, it shows the template with the example data. Thank you!

You can use the tags INCLUDEONLY, NOINCLUDE, and ONLYINCLUDE to separate example coding vs actual template code, same as in MediaWiki. The only difference is these are BB-Codes [] rather than HTML tags.

If you do not separate these correctly, VaultWiki will not let you save a template that recurses into itself.
