How do I add the feed block to wiki home?

I want to have the feed block on wiki home. how do I do this?

Currently this is a setting: Admin > Home > Options > VaultWiki: Content Type > Wiki Index Sidebar Blocks

Something weird happened when I did that: it disabled the wiki. I was able to turn it back on, but this should not happen.

The wiki is disabled whenever a setting change triggers a cache rebuild (the wiki index is cached). When the rebuild completes, the wiki is supposed to turn back on. But I think there was a bug where sometimes that did not happen automatically. I noticed something like that today, and have already made an adjustment to the behavior for the next release.
