get rid of list of members who are browsing the wiki?

Settings > Options > VaultWiki: Miscellaneous > Show Users Browsing the Wiki?

Somewhere in the moderator permissions is a permission that blocks the moderator from seeing the Wiki link in the nav bar. I have just about ripped my hair out trying to figure out which permission that is. It is set for them to see the Wiki index and to be able to edit and add new pages etc, but they cant access the Wiki through that nav bar link for some reason. What am I missing?

......and then when I finally get the nav bar back for them, then it has somehow disabled their permissions to even see articles, let alone edit them.

There is definitely some sort of bug or something because in desperation I finally set all of the moderator permissions to YES. And now the Wiki Link no longer shows in the nav bar and even just using the direct link they don't have permission to access the Wiki.
