after a server-update i have problems with my mod_write-modul and i have to set my Xenforo back to standard-routes
What is the standard Wiki Route for XF without friendly-urls?

But I don't think it makes a difference. In XenForo, you shouldn't need any special rewrites no matter how you set the wiki route. The only thing that might cause an issue is if your Wiki Base URL is not the same as your Forum URL.- lead developer for VaultWiki
